Ammanford bus station is located on College Street in the town centre and is about a 3-minute walk to the theatre.

Spaces and Accessible Seating
Whilst our building is a beautiful Grade II listed theatre we are aware that our historical setting may present barriers for some, making it challenging to access some of our services. If you have any access needs please contact us so we can help facilitate your visit.
Box Office
The box office is situated on the ground floor. It is accessed via the front entrance via 3 steps.
There is a mezzanine area on the second floor, accessed by two flights of stairs, with a small seating area.
Theatre
The theatre is located on the third floor, accessed by four flights of stairs.
The theatre seating is all tiered and is accessed from the back of the auditorium. There are fairly steep steps down to the tiers and to floor level.
We sell wheelchair spaces in person at the Box Office or by phone only. When booking your ticket please let us know if you require a wheelchair space. One space for a wheelchair user is available in the auditorium, at floor level (J15) in the auditorium, only accessed via lift.
There is lift access to the theatre on the third floor. The entrance for the lift is located at the rear of the building (within the Street Youth Service building). The landing for the lift at the theatre level is in the backstage area, and you will need to cross the stage to reach the seating area. Please let us know if you wish to use the lift and a member of staff will assist and escort you via the lift to the theatre.
When booking your ticket please let us know if you require use of the lift so that we can be prepared to escort you.
If you wish to transfer from your wheelchair into a theatre seat, this is only possible as long as you could leave the theatre unaided in the event of an emergency, which involves four flights of stairs. If you are unable to evacuate yourself without a wheelchair, we would recommend you to book a wheelchair space. Our Box Office team will discuss your requirements with you and seat you in the most appropriate area (subject to availability).
Venue facilities
Bar & Kiosk
The theatre does not have a dedicated bar or kiosk, but a selection of wines, beers, soft drinks, and confectionary are sold from the box office, which is located on the ground floor (accessed via some steps). We can bring items to customers in their seat, either pre-show or during the interval, so please just ask a member of staff and we will be happy to assist.
Toilets
There is a male toilet on the ground floor opposite the box office, and a female toilet on the first-floor mezzanine level.
There is an accessible toilet on the second floor, located in the backstage area (near the lift landing and dressing rooms).
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome. Please inform the Box Office when booking your tickets and they will help you find the most suitable seat. Water bowls can be provided on request.
Emergency Evacuation Information
In the event of an emergency evacuation, there will be a visual and audible alarm. Our front of house team will provide instructions on how to evacuate, the nearest muster points and refuge areas.
